Koyo Sona Electronics Limited, A Joint Venture Company of Koyo Electronics, Japan (JTEKT Group) and Sona e-Design And Technologies (Sona Group), established in Sep 2007 with equity contribution in the ratio of 60:40 respectively to take advantage of Indian IT Industry. Main Objective behind establishment of KSE was to reduce the dependency on third party software development companies and to retain the knowledge within the group. KSE provide IT enabled services to Koyo Electronics, Japan in Industrial Automation Domain especially in Embedded Technologies (Application Software, Embedded Software and Firmware) with a complete product realization which includes Research, Fast Prototyping, Designing, Development, Verification and Validation, Evaluation, Migration and Optimization. With the strong determination and core values, company could manage to get ISO 9001:2008 certified within a span of 18 months from TUV SUD.
