Arjan Stampings Limited (ASL) is a joint venture between Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited and Arjan Auto Pvt. Ltd.  ASL was formed primarily to meet Sona Koyo’s requirements for export of stamped parts to associates such as FAF, JTEKT and others as well as to meet the requirements of the domestic market.

This company was formed in 2007 and is building a modern manufacturing plant on a 2-acre plot near Farukhnagar, Gurgaon. ASL's main products will be stamped and fabricated parts and assemblies for steering column, seating or steering suspension applications. In addition to existing business for Sona Koyo’s domestic customers, several parts have been developed for exports while others are in the pipeline. Sona Koyo has a majority stake in ASL with the management being provided by Arjan Auto.
