Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 22nd November, 2006 at 11.00 a.m. at Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi-110010, to transact the business set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting which together with relative Explanatory Statement annexed thereto have been posted to the shareholders at their registered addresses.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and on a poll, to vote in his stead and such a proxy need not be a member of the Company. Proxies in order to be effective must be received by the Company not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting.
